Real fixes from someone who opens his own machines

I’m Andrew. I build PCs and fix my own laptops and towers, and help friends with theirs. Laptops, towers, the usual consumer stuff.

This site is just that, written down. Dead laptops, swollen packs, disks that click, paste jobs that cooked the VRAM. I don’t do model teardowns unless I had that chassis in front of me. I write the tests I run first so you can follow along on whatever’s on your table.

If I link a tool, it’s because I would reach for it after the diagnosis. I’m also fine telling you not to buy anything yet.
